In light of recent events surrounding different areas in my family's life, I am reminded over and over the following verse:
"Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be
transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to
test and approve what God's will is--His good, pleasing and perfect
will." Romans 12:2
We, as Christians, need to be still and listen to God without being distracted by worldy things. It is so easy to lose site of what God's will is, especially when Satan is right there trying to break us down.
